Our Products
		Riaz Textile Mills Private Limited is based on 100% cotton yarns with a total production of around 25 tons/day, half of combed and carded each. The count range is from 6/1 carded to 60/1 combed compact. For denim yarns Riaz is equipped with 3,600 spindles of G33 Rieter with 250 mm tube length and 51mm ring cup diameter. The installation of 7,056 spindles of Rieter K44 machines makes the availability of 16/1 to 60/1 combed compact yarns. All the carded yarns are produced with Pakistani cotton. All the regular combed yarns is with upland cotton. 50/1 and 60/1 compact are produced with Egyptian GIZA 86 and US PIMA.
		The yarns are available in carton packing of 50 to 100 lbs as well as pallets. Following is the count range: Carded yarns - RKM 17 6/1to 24/1 carded Combed yarns (regular) - RKM 18 16/1 to 30/1 combed Combed Compact Yarns 16/1 to 40/1 combed with upland cotton - RKM 21 50/1 and 60/1 combed compact with GIZA 86 - RKM 25 80/1 to 120/1 combed compact with LS cotton 2 ply and 3 ply yarns on Murata TFO with Mesdan Splicers (Knotless yarn)
